CFO/Controllers 20-Group Meeting

About the group: Group members are Controllers and CFOs from a variety of stores representing different sizes and manufacturers, ranging from single-point stores to large auto groups with many franchises. We meet three times per year at the Association’s building in East Norriton. Each meeting includes an industry related speaker, a Best Idea session and an open forum to discuss current topics. The topics are not always accounting related. We talk about anything from computer software to specific tax issues. The idea is to receive and share helpful tips with your peers – regardless of the auto brands your dealership sells – in order to make your department run as smoothly as possible without giving away any trade secrets. Lunch is served with each meeting.
March’s meeting will include helpful tips to reconcile the Parts pad to the General Ledger and a presentation from Hireology. Candice Crane, VP of Dealer Solutions, will cover:

- Best practices for the hiring process
- The financial impact of improving the hiring process
- 4 “Super Elements” to select the right people
Who should attend? CFOs, Controllers, Accounting office managers and staff members from ADAGP Dealership Members are welcome to attend.
