You may be great at what you do, but you may find some new tips and tricks here to make your Service Department more successful than it has ever been. When it comes to information, experience, advice and best practices, 20 heads are better than one. This isn’t your typical 20-Group meeting. While we discuss benchmarks, ratios and results, that isn’t the focus. Our goal is on processes and ideas that can help build your business. We’re here to help and find ways to solve real issues.
This half-day out-of-the-office promises to be time well spent. Rob Campbell, Service Analyst of WithumSmith+Brown and NADA Convention speaker, will moderate the meeting. Rob specializes in working with auto dealers to improve their results from fixed operations, as well as helping through difficult warranty audit concerns. He knows how to handle the problems your dealership faces.
The group meets three times per year. The meetings are in a half day format and include related speakers and an open forum to discuss current topics. The idea is to receive and share helpful tips with your peers – regardless of the auto brands your dealership sells – in order to make your department run as smoothly as possible without giving away any trade secrets.
