We will teach you the fundamentals
of professional selling. You will
learn
each step of the sales
process
through explanation and
demonstration. In addition, we will
use role-play situations in order to
develop confidence and practice
your selling skills.
Class Itinerary
- Day #1 – Salesperson’s job, understanding the buyer, overview of sales process, the reception and consultation
- Day #2 – Product selection, general product knowledge, product presentation
- Day # 3 – Product demonstration, service tour, trade evaluation, write up/close
- Day # 4 – Write up/close, manufacturer turnover, F & I, delivery, owner follow up, keys to success, prospecting, personal work habits, leasing
