John represents Fisher & Phillips LLP and is on retainer to provide year-round counsel to Dealer Members on employment issues. He can be reached at (404) 240-4236 or via email at jdonovan@laborlawyers.com. Printed employment application forms are available to Dealer Members through the ADAGP office.

Lobbying Services

The Philadelphia Auto Dealers Political Action Committee (PAD-PAC)
We see government influence in all levels of the automotive industry, particularly in today’s landscape. With that said, the ADAGP has developed and maintained a Political Action Committee to assist Dealer Members with legislative matters affecting the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. PAD-PAC monitors all City of Philadelphia political activities that affect the automotive industry. Proceedings in local, regional, state and national legislative chambers are closely watched in cooperative effort with Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA) and National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).

Titling Services

In 2004, the Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA) and PennDOT opened a branch office on the first floor of the ADAGP headquarters, allowing Dealer Members to travel to East Norriton instead of Harrisburg for their title work.
